Nato - Brics - 4 Star Global Alliance + Independents

The EU Coalition

Nato - Brics - 4 Star Global Alliance + Independents

European Union - Belgium
European - Global 4 Star Alliance - Zurich
United Nations - Geneva

IF EUROPEAN UNION CAN'T WORK

We establish a Euro Dollar equivalent currency for the 4 Star Alliance where current currencies trade as is under this currency globally with separate country bank notes in physical not digital form

This creates a large global market & financial landscape connecting to Nato - Brics + Independents aligning more with the Euro - US Dollar values + Brics if they decide to also do a global united currency

A stronger valued currency & restructure allows for a 3-4+ / 3 Tier control effort

Some countries may remain as European Territories yet many others could become 4 Star Alliance connected to Zurich - International interests rather than Belgium

Canada cannot join the European Union yet they can join the European - Global 4 Star Alliance - Zurich then trade with the European Union. Just under 800 Million in the European Union in comparison to over 3.4 Billion connected to under 6.2 Billion of 8.1 Billion of the global population

CANADA + EUROPEAN UNION

Canada & the European Union

The European Countries - Territories including Commonwealth Sect could leave while European countries remain intact as European Union & European Independents while the 6-7 Continent Alliance was rejected with other ideas within the H.I.3 Case descriptions between those not rejected

These countries & territories once under EU European Coalition countries - territories including European Union & European Independents could then establish the Global 4 Star Alliance between Nato-Brics with European Union & European Independents connected within

Is joining the EU possible?

A country outside Europe has only tried to join once before. In 1987, Morocco was rejected on the basis that it was not a "European country." Morocco & Spain align well with France & Monaco

Article 49 of the Treaty on European Union opens membership to "any European state which respects and is committed to promoting human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law and respect for human rights, including the rights of persons belonging to minorities."

What it doesn't do is define European.

"What constitutes a European country is left to political decision-making," said Dimitrios Argyroulis, a researcher at the Institute of European studies at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium.

Canadian political and legal institutions are also modelled on European precedents, and more than half of Canadians identify as European in ancestry.

There could also be some perks for both sides to a closer union. As Pignal suggests, Canada could offer the EU access to vast reserves of strategic resources much rarer on the continent, like rare earth minerals and fossil fuels.

Canada, meanwhile, might benefit from access to Europe's large and skilled labour market — and reduce its dependence on the U.S. and its volatile politics.

"Ottawa must prepare for a world where Washington is less reliable," said Teona Lavrelashvili, a visiting fellow at the Martens Centre, an EU think-tank in Brussels. "Strengthening engagement with Europe … is not just strategic, but essential."
