A NEWLY DEVELOPING APPROACH

The Shield Physical Stores

Currently we have a selection of Partner Stores under different Private Names as connecting minoririty or majority singular or franchise options

We are looking at a larger main Franchise owned as majority & minority under the Shield creating the One-Stop micro-mall

Instead of a Co-Op we are doing a monthly Subscription & Franchise like minority - majority structure

FRANCHISE

A separate situation or contained

A franchise is a business model where a company (franchisor) grants another party (franchisee) the right to use its brand, products, and business systems. The franchisee pays the franchisor an initial fee and ongoing royalties in exchange for the use of the brand.

How it works

The franchisor provides the brand name, logo, and operational structure.

The franchisee pays the franchisor an initial fee and ongoing royalties.

The franchisee agrees to comply with certain obligations, typically set out in a franchise agreement.

The franchisor may provide assistance, such as help finding a location, initial training, and advice on management, marketing, or personnel.

Why it's popular

Franchising is a popular way to start a business. It gives entrepreneurs access to a franchise brand, marketing, and ready-made operational model.

Examples of franchises McDonald's and Tim Hortons.

A CO-OPERATIVE

A cooperative store is a store that is owned and run by a group of members, such as customers or employees. Co-ops are democratic businesses where members have a voice in how the store is run.

How do co-ops work?

Ownership: Co-ops are owned by their members, who each have a share in the business.

Control: Co-ops are democratically controlled by their members, who elect the board of directors.

Services: Co-ops provide goods and services that benefit their members.

Community: Co-ops are rooted in their local communities and prioritize business practices that are good for people and the planet.

COST CONTROLS

Cost-price going up. We need control Tiers

Revenue & Profits going down. Expenses going up. We need control Tiers

Understanding the modern Public - Private + Personal Sector structure in 195 countries then a Legitimate - Neutral - Underworld perspective

A Fine is not a Charge. Financial Damages are not a Fine or Charge. A Fine is a Financial penalty to the Public Sector Government. A Charge is a Legal Charge with Public Sector Security & Law-Courts. Financial Damages is money paid to the Public or Private if not Personal Sector
